Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and all returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process. To return an item, please email customer service at hello@meltedvisions.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Your credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within ten (10) business days. 

Exchange. We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For wrong, defective, or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.        

Sale Items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
